“It’s entirely up to you, but some suggestions may be:
High level – latching your baby on for a breastfeed, going down stairs to make up a bottle feed, or popping to the loo.
Medium level – keeping an eye on your baby during the first few minutes of a feed, changing a nappy, or checking on your baby or child before you go to bed.
Low level – dim down to this level once your baby is feeding well, or leave the Meelight on the no timer setting to comfort your child or baby at night.”
